I’m here to give you a space where honesty, results, and growth are the priority. I partner with you to help you hit your personal and professional goals, without cutting corners on your mental health.
As a Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, and Existential Therapy. My approach is direct, structured, and tailored to individuals who want real, measurable progress.
I’ve spent years working with athletes, professionals, and individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. I’ve also taught at Thomas Jefferson University and served in leadership roles in mental health programs. My background as a competitive NCAA lacrosse player gives me firsthand insight into the high-performance mindset and the pressures that come with it. Outside of Cognitive Pursuits, I am also a Strong First Elite Instructor and strength coach.
